CURA is a co-creation between G. Re and Ana Pinto.
It was born from a shared nihilistic vision of humanity and it became a sort of catharsis. The performers take the challenge of dehumanized themselves in order to be matter. How is it to be matter? Starting from that, the research focuses on is the transition between matter, body and human. Between matter and body there is physicality, between body and human there are consciousness and identity. What does it mean to be conscious about having an identity? The journey fades out, leaving the spectator with the question “What’s next?”.
