This site-specific performance is designed for the Facultade de Arquitectura do Porto (PT). Three performers subvert the common sense of verticality and gravitational force working with two marble stairs. A new type of interaction between bodies in architecture is born: shaped by the steps, the connection is harder and suddenly upside-down. The bodies stimulated by new angles and material, speak a new language of stops and gazes.
Via inversa has been chosen by the videodance director Vinicius Ferreira for a short film.
